"Proposed site of new lab"
After a lot of strategic planning, we have decided to relocate our harm reduction laboratory from Spain to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
Why the Move?
Our team found that Spain lacks a clear and stable framework and regulations for cannabis testing and drug checking. We therefore actively sought out places in the world that offer a more favourable regulatory environment and strong advantages for harm reduction, drug checking, and cannabis testing.
Why Canada?
Canada is the global leader in harm reduction and one of the most advanced countries in terms of cannabis legislation and research. By moving our operations to British Columbia, we are stepping into a highly regulated environment. That means clear compliance, strong institutional support, defined laboratory accreditation pathways, and stable federal oversight. Our team will enjoy the clean air and regulatory security that this new location provides.
Our New Lab
In early May of 2025, we started expanding into the cannabis market and developing cannabinoid testing methods. To move forward with this trajectory and to ensure our success, we used the help of cannabis advisors such as Cannabiscientia and hired a sales manager expert in the field, Stanislav Vysochin.
These partnerships have been key to our growth and our transition into a more professional, international company.

Regulatory Support
Another important part of doing proper cannabis testing, harm reduction, and drug checking work is to be in touch with local authorities. For some, harm reduction may raise issues and concerns, but the British Columbia officials went above and beyond to make sure that harm reduction is supported and regulated.
Likewise, the strata managing the site where we aim to build our new lab have shown tremendous support and openness to our plans. A special vote was called to amend the strata bylaws. The amendment explicitly allowed harm reduction and cannabis-related laboratory work.
Securing Our Future
In the early fall of 2025, we acquired a modern state-of-the-art facility in British Columbia, ideal for building and housing our new modern lab. It took us a lot of planning and resources to find the best option that would fit all our needs, and we managed to find the perfect spot that gives us complete asset control and removes our dependency on leased third-party premises.
At our new location, we are currently overseeing extensive renovations and site preparation. These initial works are focused on upgrading the building’s infrastructure to ensure it meets the specialized structural and safety requirements necessary for high-level laboratory construction.

What Does this Mean for You?
This is a strategic step forward. By consolidating our operations in a stable jurisdiction and in a more modern facility, we are ensuring that our laboratory will be a permanent, reliable fixture in the harm reduction and research community for years to come.
Service is Stopped for the Near Future
Due to this transition, we are temporarily suspending our analytical services until further notice. Our objective is to construct a facility that meets rigorous international standards. We are working diligently to get our new lab up and running so we can return with even more expanded and precise testing services.
We want to thank you for your continued trust. This move isn't just a change of country, it’s an investment in a more professional, sustainable, and legally secure future for harm reduction, drug checking, and cannabis testing.

As part of our expansion in British Columbia, we are building a high-tech laboratory as a future lab co-working or renting/leasing space! We are developing a laboratory co-working model designed for professionals and teams who need access to a fully equipped, prepared, and licensed lab infrastructure without the burden of building and maintaining their own facility.
We can offer:
- ●Health Canada certified for cannabis & controlled substance work.
- ●ISO compliant facility.
- ●Drug checking licensed.
- ●Fully equipped with analytical and synthesis capabilities, including LC-MS/MS, FTIR, NMR, and much more.
- ●Developing infrastructure that can be adapted for a specific need without a high upfront investment.
- ●Support with lab setup and operational onboarding, technical assistance, regulatory assistance, and operational support throughout the entire engagement, including help with instrument setup and usage, method development and optimization, troubleshooting, guidance on compliance with local regulatory frameworks, and documentation standards.
The goal is to reduce setup time, remove operational friction, and allow partners to begin productive work as quickly as possible.
Such a space will be a great fit for:
Cannabis companies entering or expanding in the Canadian market, harm reduction and drug checking organizations, academic researchers and independent scientists, pharmaceutical developers and biotech companies, psychedelics startups, research chemicals companies and producers, safe supply companies, food and beverage producers requiring quality control and product testing, chemical manufacturers and analytical chemistry teams, materials science startups, NGOs and non-profits conducting scientific or field-based research, environmental testing organizations, regulatory and compliance-focused organizations, cosmetics and personal care product developers, nutraceutical and supplement companies, startups developing analytical methods or products, contract research organizations, and organizations requiring compliant lab space for short or long-term projects.
Short-Term Use & Flexibility
In addition to long-term collaborations, the space is also available for short-term use. This is suitable for teams or individuals who require temporary access to a professional laboratory environment for specific projects, such as one-off research, various product synthesis, pilot production, method testing, or even content production and filming! We offer adjustable arrangements for short-term engagements.
And since the facility is currently being built, we can offer unique flexibility from the start. That’s why we are open to discussing:
- Custom workspace configurations
- Equipment requirements
- Various partnership models
- Rental/leasing options
